This quote hits home for me. You have survived 100% of your worst days. Every challenge, every disappointment—you made it through. Sometimes, we forget just how strong we are when life feels unbearably heavy.

I’ve had my share of tough days lately. A couple of big business mistakes left me questioning everything, wondering if I’m really cut out for this. Then there was the day my car battery died, stranding me right before an important event—it felt like the universe was piling it on. And let’s not forget falling on my head during a Live Reality Game challenge. In front of everyone. Twice. Embarrassed, humiliated, I wanted to crawl into a hole and disappear. But you know what? I kept going. Because I’ve learned that no matter how hard things get, I always rise again.

Looking back, the hardest days were the ones when I was at my heaviest weight. I truly thought those were the worst days of my life—feeling trapped in a body that didn’t feel like mine, carrying the weight of frustration and self-doubt along with the physical pounds. Every day felt like an uphill battle, with little victories buried beneath layers of guilt and shame. And then there was the day in 5th grade when my teacher called me a "jackass" in front of the class—a moment that stuck with me for years, making me question my worth.
