What is the Lighten Up: The Clutter-Free Mindset Method?

A 12-week guided experience designed to help you clear physical, mental, emotional, digital, and calendar clutter. This program focuses on sustainable behavior change so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more intentional in your daily life.

Who is this program for?

Women who feel overwhelmed by their stuff, schedules, thoughts, or expectations and want support that fits real life, especially in midlife.

Is this just a decluttering program?

No. This is a mindset-first program. We declutter physical spaces, but we also address the mental and emotional clutter that keeps you stuck.

Do I have to declutter my entire home?

No. You choose where to focus. The goal is meaningful progress, not perfection.

Is this about becoming a minimalist?

Absolutely not. This program is about keeping what supports your life and letting go of what drains your energy.

How much time does this take each week?

Plan for about 60 to 90 minutes of guided content, plus optional decluttering time. Weekly actions are intentionally simple and doable.

What if I fall behind or miss live sessions?

All sessions (except live decluttering session) are recorded and available for replay. You can move at your own pace without guilt.

What kind of support is included?

Weekly live workshops including a once a month decluttering session, monthly live one-on-one coaching, weekly meditations, and 12 self-guided lessons. Recording of workshops (with the exception of the live decluttering sessions) will be available.

What if decluttering brings up emotions?

That is normal. We work through guilt, grief, overwhelm, and perfectionism with compassion and practical tools.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and education. If you need clinical mental health support, therapy can be a great complement to this work.

Will this help with stress, emotional eating, or midlife overwhelm?

Many participants experience reduced stress and decision fatigue. While this is not a weight loss program, mindset and environment shifts often support healthier habits.

Do I need special supplies or systems?

No. You will start with what you already have. Tools and products are optional, not required.
