1. The 10 Minute Brain Dump
If you've never done a brain dump before, it's simple.
Grab a notebook or open a document and write down everything that's taking up space in your head. Your to-do list, unfinished projects, errands, worries, appointments, ideas, emails you need to send—anything that's occupying your mental bandwidth.
Don't organize it.
Don't judge it.
Don't try to solve it.
Just get it out of your head and onto paper.
As you're writing, I'd also like you to think about two questions:
What do you hope to let go of over the next 30 days?
What do you want to make more space for?
I'm so grateful you're here. Let's lighten the load together, one messy action at a time. đź’ś
